Picked a fight with Levi and lived to tell the tale (although soundly beaten by the apocalypse class amalgam). A young Indonesian woman who is an ornery Delinquent/layabout. She fell asleep watching a Godzilla movie only to wake up in the middle of the apocalypse wracked with a terrible hunger and an irritating call from the Cord that bothered her to no end, and a man-sized Komodo Lizard Monster staring right in her face. In an act of personal defiance and pure stubbornness, Rahma gave Ozmas the finger and went off to wander about the Western pacific rim, staking claim and territory with her prodigious size and strength and establishing her niche in the Food chain of the Pacific, striking dread into amalgam and daughter alike whenever her silhouette passes through the seas and blips up on the radar save for a few whom even Rahma shows weariness to. That does not mean she is apathetic to geopolitics nor asocial. Ornery she may be, Rahma does offer the occasional ferry ride to travelers (should she find herself in a charitable mood) and has acquaintances that she keeps in regularly contact with, Yamato being one of them (though Rahma would claim otherwise).
