"We gotta hurry. I'm not sure how long that thing is going to stay down, so here's the plan." You quickly explain your plan in as much detail as you can, given the short timeframe you have. If you used your telekinesis and everyone busted their asses off, you might just be able to do it in time.
Kiara is eagerly nodding her head. You're afraid she might lose it if she keeps nodding. "Ohhh! I didn't think of that. We could try to <span class="mu-s">RESOLVE</span> it instead of trying to subdue it. I've never done it before, but we'll give it the college try!"
Maruyama hesitates to say anything, but he forces a smile onto his face. "I always wondered how it would be to work on a movie."
Gregory sniffles and coughs in a vain attempt to control his emotions. He simply nods to you without saying anything. <<span class="mu-b">"I shall leave with a clear conscience.</span>">
No time to waste. You lead your allies over to the filming building, and, thanks to Gregory telling you the passcode beforehand, you force open the padlock that was blocking your way inside. Taking one look inside shows you the amount of work you have to do. Most if not all of the interior has been completely, utterly destroyed. Anything that could've helped you was destroyed decades ago.
Hell, there's not even any real traces of the massacre Gregory described here. It's just a big, empty room caked in ash and dust.
[UNSTABLE] HAS THAT EVER STOPPED US BEFORE? WE BEND THE RULES OF REALITY ON A REGULAR BASIS. SETTING UP A MEASLY SET IS NOTHING!
[SEEKER OF THE CITY] A film requires a crew, after all. One man cannot do this job alone.
[ANOMALOUS ABILITIES] Oof. You're not used to moving around so many objects at once. The strain is a lot, but you can manage it for now.
Gregory's demeanor immediately changes once you start building the set. "PUT THE TUMBLEWEED TO THE LEFT! NOW, WE NEED TO PUT UP THE CUTOUT OF A BUILDING THERE!" He barks with the fervor of a N-Corp pastor. "NO, NO! MY LEFT, NOT YOUR LEFT! MOVE IT!"
Maruyama is trying his best to move around smaller props, but it's clear how quickly he's tiring out. Due to her android physiology, Kiara's actually pretty decent at keeping up the pace without tiring out. Luckily for you, your telekinesis lets you move around objects fast enough to keep up with the constant stream of orders he's giving.
To his credit, Gregory does actually help you with the set by adjusting the cameras around the set and moving a few props here or there. It's absolutely not going to look the best, but you're on short notice here. "CUT!" Gregory smacks his hands together with such force that you swear you felt a gust of wind pass by.
You stand back with the rest of your allies to get a look at the western town set you made. It's honestly not too shabby-looking. All of the buildings are cardboard cutouts, though. But the placement of the various prop plants, barrels, horse cutouts, and other props has a quaint charm to it.
You tense up when you hear a noise outside. Outta time.
