We have a governess in need of assistance, people wanting better living conditions, and a gigantic workforce that's locked up and being unproductive. We can help all of them and help ourselves at the same time. If we get everyone on side, at least here, we can start moving about much more openly and actually working on the big important stuff like fixing the reactor and getting that comms system up and running. And from there, spreading out and doing the same to all the systems of the imperium.
