>>5452544Turles nods. “I uh…” He looks for the words. “I haven’t seen anything like it before. Bulma and her father are true geniuses.”
Dr. Brief pats Turles’ back. “And you’re a great technician yourself. I have to say.” He says with a smile, then looks at you. “Without Turles’ help, Bulma would’ve triggered half the defensive systems in the damn thing.”
Bulma reddens in anger while Turles’ scratches the back of his head. “I could’ve done it perfectly if you had not spent half the work time nagging at me about how terrible I was at it!”
“No need to argue.” You say calmly. “This ship is all that we expected and more. The loss of the other ship is not good news, but it matters little compared to this.”
“So, captain.” Bulma says. “When do we part?”
“As soon as possible.” You reply. “Turles, tell everyone that we’re departing.”
As you all leave the ship, Bulma and her father still arguing about some technical nonsense, you see Kalabash waiting for you outside. “Prince Vegeta.” He says.
“Kalabash.” You reply. “What’s the matter?”
“I’ve come to request that my family stays out of the matters of our rebellion.” He says. “Gisa and Oshe are non-combatants and my daughter Rokka is too young to be partaking in these battles. I will serve as a warrior for your army.”
‘Too young’ was not a term in the old days. All Saiyans fought from a young age. “Rokka wants to fight.” You say.
“Yes, but if something were to happen to us, I know that Rokka could defend my wife and son as well as I.” He replies. “Please, grant me this wish.” He looks down, awaiting your answer.
>”Gisa and Oshe are safe here with the earthlings. Rokka should come with us.” She has the will to learn the way of the warrior, and she should learn it the new Saiyan way.>”So be it.” Rokka will probably train with the earthlings, seeing how fascinated she was by them yesterday.
