You watch as Mekanorimon and its pilot land on a severely damaged building. As you zoom in, you can't help but gasp in horror.
Doc's workshop partition is in ruins. The exterior of the building has been ripped into, and the surrounding structures have mild malware damage. Whole portions of the roof have caved in, fragmenting whatever data lies within. Phascomon goes quiet as he surveys the damage.
Mekanorimon lands right smack in the middle of it. You glance at the giant claw marks, then compare them to the Digimon's limbs. Possible match. Did it do this? Did it rip the whole building apart? And where's Doc?
"Damn it..."
If they got him, it might be too late. But you don't want to give up hope yet, not when you don't understand what's happened. You hold your arm out and withdraw a c1oak from your smuggling inventory, activating it without a moment's hesitation.
"We're going in."
<span class="mu-s">"What? Can't we just go back? It looks pretty clear cut! They got him!"</span>
"We don't know that. Think about it, why would they cordon off this whole area just to clean up their own mess? Plus, if that thing was the culprit... We could use a bit of practice."
You activate the orange .app file, urgently wreathing your hands in crackling orange energy. You frame the surrounding buildings with your fingers, working out the best angle to dive in unseen and rip that barricade apart.

>Go in aggressive. Try and execute a sneak attack on Mekanorimon. Before doing anything else, you need to take out the guardian that's patrolling the area. Then you can investigate in peace, or interrogate it.
>Full stealth. Enter the zone and try to remain unseen. If it catches you, you'll lose the stealth advantage, but you might be able to check out the workshop before then.
>This course has only recently occurred to you, thanks to your growth. This is a Digimon, not an unthinking servitor. Maybe, just maybe, you could try talking to it once inside. Of course, you'll have to be in a good position first, where you can prepare for hostilities. This too will lose you the chance to sneak attack.
