Like I'm imagining Shu would be conducting some business of our choice and then all of a sudden Shu hunches over in sudden convulsions as a SpiritShell version of the Sororitas or even Penny climbs out of Shu's back in a sudden horror show scene before sheepishly apologizing to Shu for the sudden respawn due to something having gone horribly wrong...or simply using Shu as a walking fast-teleport system.

I'm not sure if it's viable or if it's an ability that can only be unlocked by further upgrading house of Tenno, but if a dream daughter has multiple instances of their physical shell, then they could simply upon death jump to a new shell or a completely different shell al la Warframe as seen in this video:
Actually. Now that I think about it, A further augmentation of House of Tenno would be having the Spirit shells be modular in function by being spawned as a blank template, and when a dream daughter inhabits the shell, the shell takes on the characteristics and abilities of the daughter piloting the shell.
