If you imagine the most stereotypical illuminati mise-en-scene possible, that is how the interior is decorated. A lot of vampire sorcerors met and congregated there when I was around a few years back. I was thinking of this when I was worldbuilding the Warguild faction for my old Invultua setting campaign.
