It was a massive tub. It was more then enough for an entire person to lay down in and then some- even a few people could squeeze in there. It was deep too, and with a layer of dust and grime removed- it shined like the moonlight.
”It's silver! Pure silver- almost- the whole thing! It's huge!”
“This must have been a absolution bath- cleaning and purifying the corpses of the dead before they are sent to their final resting place... I can't even imagine how much this is worth.”
The entire party looks over the massive bathtub- so thick and rich. While it wasn't gold- simply this amount of precious metal could be used to make thousands of coins- easily. It's amazing that this small village was ever able to have something so beautiful and rich in the first place- though you suppose at the time, it wasn't quite so small. Just how rich was this mine that the local faith could create something so valuable as a great treasure?
”...But how are we going to get it out?” Elly asked shyly. Everyone was snapped out of their reverie for a moment. The tub was huge and weighed a ton. Even with the heavy metal feet snapped off, its still huge and made of a heavy metal. Jon, Patches, and Nasir together could barely move it off its platform.
”Blast- this is way too valuable to just leave here for next time. We absolutely must bring this back. This is the hoard we've been working for this whole delve.”
”...Anybody have a plan? We're going to be really weighted down with this and all the loot we have already got. Just getting the treasure out will be a challenge...”
