If I remember correctly, at least one Saiyan in this timeline managed to wield the full might of the Super Saiyan transformation without actually transforming. Ya know, something like pic related.
What are the pros and cons of this pseudo-transformation?
Could the method be applied to higher transformations as well?
Is the Wrath State technically the same thing, just applied to Great Ape instead of Super Saiyan?
