Guess they couldn’t live with the guilt, huh? The people aren’t happy about it, but there’s nobody left to confess anymore. The army isn’t too happy either, but there’s nothing they can accuse you of. The unrest following the massacres has died down to pre-massacre levels. There’s still counter-revolutionaries fighting in the streets, but there’s no longer any danger of entire cities revolting. If you leave the problem unchecked though, it might come back again.
As you all prepare for the next cabinet meeting, explosions and gunfire erupt across Washington! As each one of you wonder’s what’s going on, armed members of the Secret Service turn up at your residences and offices and escort you to an emergency meeting with President Trump. As soon as you all get into the White House’s secret bunker, President Trump begins.
“Folks, today is a tragic day. A very tragic day. Just this morning, when you were all getting ready for work, assassins made attempts on much of our cabinet. Many of the attempts were successful, and some victims may never wake again. I’m very saddened to say, you here are all that’s left. We don’t know who’s done this, maybe Joe, Maybe Chi-na, we just don’t know. Before we do anything though, we need to decide what we’ll do with these now vacant cabinet positions. So, what do you all want?”

>Investigate who’s behind it. We need to know who did this before we make any major decisions. The new SCP Foundation needs some work to do anyway.>Blame Biden. It’s obviously him, and we need to turn the citizens against him anyway. Don’t even bother with an investigation, we’ll find the evidence either way.>Expand the Secret Service. We need stronger security, loyal security, and only they will do. (A new department will be created, a radical new security service better than any single military unit in the country. You must elect a member to be in charge. This will not count towards the 2 department limit.)
