>>6191070When you reach the unlock conditions for two different advancement paths during the same action (even extended ones), you can only opt into one at the time. You just need to reach the conditions again to be given the chance again. There is a soft limit, but that can be dealt with by just completing one of the ongoing paths in its entirety. And having a third *Standard* progress path isn't going to hit that soft cap (Which is 7 incomplete/ ongoing Progress paths btw, cause halo) . stuff like Jotunn has a different pool of slots (and less, but character specific advancement paths are rarer/ harder to unlock), and there's a third kind outside of standard and Character specific that you haven't unlocked any of yet, and when you get a standard to a half way point, you'll be allowed to choose a specialized path/prestige class sort of deal (like grenadier can specialize into Rocketeer or Plasma wiz...and two other more mysterious advancement paths)
