Our Espionage Agents, namely the Chabalah, are chosen for the assignment of extending influence to the Hauptmann in Marquis Pieropalquis' small court. Influencing the military officer who has the right to call for military intervention in the region will go a long way to stabilizing the place. By our estimates, despite all the violence that has transpired, the majority of Muscecian people do not wish to actively engage in an armed conflict despite being well armed enough to. Getting a press conference to confirm that martial law will not be put into effect if violence cools down will help ease people off of instigation.
Secondly, we decided we needed to look into the advisors of Pieropalquis. His advisors, as it turns out, are composed of educated lawyers and doctors. We had a Tzel look them over.

[18:00 hours] - We have uncovered something.
Three of the advisors, one Dr. , and two lawyers, and , were found to possess a book in large quantities that isn't showing up in any national or state level library registries we could find. The book is simply titled "The Right to KILL", and, unsettling enough to us, bears the mark of the Two-Finger. The Two-Finger is an alternate Khanate symbol parallel to the Hand of Evil, which isn't easy to recognize, as it is used only in the most secretive ways by the Khanate to hide among society. It depicts the two-fingered hand of a hand that is missing the index, middle and ring fingers. Furthermore, the author is one "Ya Yahuitl Wu Vyros Votash". We can confirm this is an alias used by KILLALL.
They possess the personal manifesto of KILLALL, which holds his teachings about privation.
What's more, the three advisors themselves happen to amongst those known to be vocal about their separatist ideals when it comes to the Muscecian Crisis. We have summarily reported the possession of the manifestos with the intent to distribute them along with proof to the Woldorians. We could not find proof of direct Khanate ties, we believe the advisors were actually given the manifestos by another unknown party, but the fact they kept them is clause for investigation. We will leave it up to the Woldorians to judge them.
We will attempt to coerce the Hauptmann via our Tzel and Chabalah as well today.
We expect results tomorrow...
