As for what to explore?
You have to deal with whoever's in the break room. You do NOT want her sneaking up on you regardless if it's a spook or some weird anomaly. Or maybe it's just some random poor sap that got unlucky when exploring.
You don't think Clover would be a fan of you letting someone die without at least TRYING to help if that were the case.
"I'm going to check out the breakroom with Clover and Casey. The rest of you can check out the head honcho's office. Kiara?"
"Mmh?"
"Keep an eye out for any traps or security systems or, I dunno, weird mold monsters."
"Oh, trust me! I was going to do that anyways." Kiara digs out her TORCH GUN+. "Yeahhh. Max, you're going to be VERY useful if we fight anything. Benny too."
"Hopefully we don't have to fight anything. W-we should save our energy if we can." Max's trying to put on a brave face but it's paper thin at best.
"I concur. Spores are highly flammable; I've heard stories about O-Corp corn silos exploding due to corn dust..."
Kiara nods in agreement with what Benjamin said. "Oof. Yeah, I once saw a story where it was 20 injured and 2 dead after one blew up."
"Again, we'll be careful. We'll see you three around."
With that, they take one last look at the map before walking into the interconnected hallway and making an immediate sharp left turn. You turn to face the two allies you're bringing along with you.
Clover is checking his revolver. With a small pause to think about what to load it with, he loads in three CRYSTAL REVOLVER ROUNDS and two HEAVY REVOLVER ROUNDS in case there's a fight.
"Whatever's making that piano racket ain't breaching and I bet ya the nerd and the two gals using fire would be more effective than a gun on the spore-vine whatever."
"Smart." You nod in approval. "If it's a spook, those might actually hamper them." Most SPOOKS, to your knowledge, don't count as anomalous humans. It's mostly tech that keeps them alive.
You do notice his jitters have long since ran out. Guess you weren't paying attention since you never got into a fight.

Casey, meanwhile, finishes up sprucing up the armor she has underneath her filthy cloak with the spare materials you threw her way. Her gaze is moreso focused on the poor quality of the facility though. "This building should've been demolished over a decade ago! I balk at this corporation's health and safety standards!"
"Didn't yer previous group or whatever not have any?"
