“That’s honestly not a bad plan. But how’re we supposed to find little Squirt?” you said.
Peter snapped his fingers and shot you a wide grin. “That’s where Tinkerbell comes in!”
Everyone exchanged curious glances.
“The little pixie from the movies, you mean?” Cat asked.
“I’ve no idea what a ‘movie’ is, but yes.” he replied. “Tink’s magic and diminutive stature should do us good during our search for Squirt. I’ll just have to take a quick trip to Pixie Hollow and see if I can convince them to help.”
“How long will that take?” Callisto asked.
Peter shrugged. “Not sure. But you’re probably gonna want to meet with Croaker in the meantime. Just to get an idea of what’s going on with the tribe.”
You were a little wary of meeting with the tribe without Peter to introduce you, but you knew that if this plan was going to have any chance of working, Peter Pan needed to find Squirt as soon as possible.
“Good luck.” you said.
“You too, uh…” he said, scratching his head in confusion. Of course he forgot your name again.
“Just go.” you shot back.
“Right!”
And just like that, Peter Pan shot upwards and out of the canopy. You heard a slightly muffled sonic boom as he sped off in the opposite direction.
“Let’s hope that the natives aren’t feeling too jumpy today.” Prowler said.
“Yes. For their sake.” Anastasia said with a slight scowl.
Glass seemed to dislike that attitude of hers, but he said nothing so confrontational out loud. Using Black Cat’s picture of Peter’s map, you all made your way towards the Picaninny Tribe, wondering what you would do or say to prevent them from attacking you on sight.
Last thing you remembered, they weren’t too welcoming to outsiders that weren’t Peter or one of his Lost Boys. This entire plan hinged on the slight possibility that Peter could convince the faeries to help find Squirt, and that you could have a non-violent negotiation with the Redskins.
Fingers crossed.

As you got closer and closer to Redskin territory, you were surprised that no one had come out to confront you yet. You didn’t doubt that you were being followed or at least watched from a distance, but so far, nothing had happened. Your spider sense hadn’t even gone off.
Oh! Spoke too soon!
You hopped back without thinking about it, and the ground beneath where you had just been standing exploded, as if it had been struck by a sledgehammer! Everyone grew tense, and without having to be told, you and the rest of your team assumed a defensive formation, weapons at the ready.
As far as you could see, there were no enemies around. Was it possible that you tripped over a hidden trap or something?
“Uh…Pow pow?” Cat said warily. “You might want to switch to thermals.”
