>>5361615>>5361623>>5361847>Bah, they can rot for all you care. If they ever try to traverse the ocean again you'll know it, for now you got what you wanted from them, and still have three captive humans to do with as you see fit.Your annoyance with the humans knows no bounds, but you can get over the lot of them fleeing in the night like rats. Overall you count it as a victory having sunk a large ship, sent a score of them to watery graves, and have still caught yourself the most valuable hostages on board. Though the unfortunate women remain mortified by you, their value isn't in their cooperation.
<span class="mu-s">"How much do you think a reward for them would be? Ah, why am I asking you? Well I'm sure it would be a lot."</span>
<span class="mu-b">"Quiet you! Come on... uuagh... we're going."</span>
Finally resolving to get up and active for the day, you struggle unsteadily to your feet. Emil is already buzzing about how much the two ladies are worth, but you shut him up with a smack, not caring for his pestering in your languid condition. You know after all that the true value of your new captives is in their noble blood, and what you could use it for in foul and accursed ways. Then again, if you wanted an avenue to the humans, bringing back "rescued" nobility is sure to please.
Either way though, you grab the pair of them, one in each hand and with much terrified screaming you carry them off with Emil scampering after you. Slogging along through the shallow water of the beach, to get some water to your body again at least, you consider where to go next.
>The ship from before was only a target, and you aren't nearly satisfied. At your own pace, relocate to Olispo and decide what your next move will be. After all, with a better sense of what you're capable of now, there's always juicier prey.>Find a better location for it, whether inland or underwater but at least out of the heat and the sun, and learn what you can of your two new prisoners. They may not be as informative as the merchant but perhaps you have other curiosities to ask of them?>Maybe Emil is on to something? You can't imagine it will be easy or pleasant, but you've skulked in the deeps long enough, and meeting with the humans should go easier with a pair of valuable hostages. Though... which side to choose, in who you meet? Emil's lot, or that of the women?>Mua-ha-ha-ha! Time for foul and accursed deeds, befitting an evil sea monster, to make use of your captives for what they're worth! Sacrifice? Enslavement? Unholy experimentation? Whatever you can think of that would serve you best... >[Write-in.]
