>>6323628Freeza's attack sends Moro flying back, smashing through several rocky outcroppings, Freeza dashing after him. You do the same, while Rimuru again takes to the skies. It takes you a second to catch up, and when you do, you see Moro on the ground, on all fours, by the edge of the arena. Gasping and coughing up blood, wheezing as he doesn't even try and get up. Freeza, smugly starts walking over. Not letting his Destroyer aura fade, just in case, but still approaching.
“So, this is how the great world eater goes? I was expecting more.” Freeza says, leveling a hand down at Moro as the goat's chest rises and falls far faster than usual. “What, nothing to say? No more clever spells?”
And as Freeza taunts him, clearly trying to bait out Moro's last-ditch spellcraft, suddenly you have a terrible feeling. Stop taunting him and finish the job, don't wait for-!
“Swap!” Moro suddenly shouts, his voice far too fast.
“Counterspell!” Rimuru shouts back, only for his spell to meet Moro's own.
“Pyroblast!” Moro shouts, firing a wave of flames into Rimuru's counterspell. The two going back and forth, throwing out a dozen or so spells in under a half second. Freeza, having enough of this mage counterspell-off fires, but as he does, he and Moro's positions suddenly swap. Leaving Freeze firing a blast of energy through the ground near his own feet, causing the edge he's on to shatter. Sending him falling straight off the side!
“FREEZA!” you shout, Moro then turning to you both with a grin. Throwing up his hands, clearly intending to drain you both dry of energy. Only for Cooler, out of nowhere to dash through like a golden blur, slamming into Moro's chest and tackling him straight off the side of the arena! “Rimuru! Get Freeza!”
“Right!” he shouts, tucking his wings and diving after the falling former emperor as Cooler suddenly <span class="mu-i">thinks</span> to you.
“I'll hold him still, keep him from escaping my grasp. Blast me with everything you've got, send us both over.” he tells you, severing the telepathic link as he suddenly shouts out. “Ice Ice Baby! ABSOLUTE ZERO!”
