Breakfast came and went fast, and Seannsa was now satisfied where she lay, a full belly pert of it, on her favorite couch in the midst of the Boudoir. All around, her cats played and lazed, grooming their paws and running free.
"Meow!" Came one of the Therians in cat form, racing to her side on the couch arm. She opened her one eye and her ear twitched as the cat leaned in and whispered.
"Ah! They're foi'nally ere'! Thas' great! Send them in!"
She clapped her hands.
And lo, the distinct trio of a calico, siamese and shorthair cat skipping fro. Once they came hither to their goddess, the three of them stopped, and hopped, transforming in the air.
"Here we are to answer our call this time!"
"Never late, we always fall in line!"
"The three of us, we're looking fine!"
"Hylan!"
"Faeryn!"
"Monroe!"
"WE ARE THE GREYMALKIN!"
Seannsa's eye twitched, and a sweat bullet ran down her brow.
Always flashy and making a scene, these three. They were her personal minions, one might say. Partners in crime. Toadies. They did whatever she asked of them and only wanted praise in return, the little scamps. She couldn't deny them the pleasure of the iconic group poses they enjoyed, seeing as they were so useful to her.
It was high time they linked up!
"Yer' all looking square as yoo'shul. How go'sit in the Cat Village?"
"Nyan-nyan. All clear, boss."
"No more sightings of 'that man' as of late."
"Metrocop presence at all time standard, nyah."
"Mmm..."
How strange. <span class="mu-r">'That Man'</span> failing to show up for once? Things really might be looking up for the Village then. There's nothing good from somebody as obsessed as he. Seannsa was relieved.
