Ah, that subtle bump, those nostalgic sounds. Watching the world just go right by as the train passes. Seannsa hadn't been able to take many trains in her life, but she like riding them. She didn't know why. There was just some serene sense to it, she proposed. A speeding locomotive was fun, probably one of the best inventions of humanity.
They were taking a train from Eikrise to Metro-7 in Cabrock Village along the Kardinomaskaya line that led to Oakville Township. It would get them closer to the Opaltic Ocean, which they could then try to cross in order to reach the Shengesian continent.
"Are you certain you want to go this way?" Catastrovania asked, sitting across from her in the compartment. "If we went through the Wayrock path, we could have been on Catemore Island by now... it's pretty much a straight shot to Shengesia. The Psyops intel we had showed us that Woldorians use it a lot with their aerial transits."
"Nay. They'd expect tha' way if they think I'm comin'. Crossing the bigger ocean, thas' the way to dew it." Seannsa insisted.
"Hmph."
The Cat Goddess tapped her lip with her claw, leaning back into her seat. "Now a questin' fer yew. Are YEW sure we should 'ave really taken the mortal wit' us? Or yer new fren, or me Greymalkins for that mattah'."
"Your Luck can keep them safe. Besides, they won't be fighting. Just there to support us. With some Luck, we can get them in and out just the same as we can get ourselves. Think about it logically. It can make anything happen." Catastrovania said.
Though, Seannsa felt like she was placing a bit too much trust in her waning Luck at this time. It was going to leave Seannsa drained if she had to continuously exert herself on the chances with no rest every single day of this trip. But maybe Catastrovania saw something in her. Some chance to improve and grow stronger. That must have also been part of her motivation. If achieving new victories made her stronger, she must have thought Seannsa had some potential yet locked as well.
...Bah! That's just her brain infected with all that mass media!
