>>6046781Chuu Lee, Raditz, and Hearts finally teleport in, and as all of you turn to face the new arrivals, you see that Hearts is… definitely glaring at Zelos. Yeah he’s not thrilled by how this happened. The feeling is clearly mutual, as Zelos glares back at him. Hearts places his hands in his jacket’s pockets and slowly marches forward. You feel a little nervous, but Chuu Lee gives you a look that lets you know he’s not going to try anything.
“Well well well, we meet face to face, oh Archon, oh great Mage, oh Deity of Sorcery.” Hearts begins.
“God hater.” Zelos returns curtly.
“You’ve put so many people through a hell they didn’t deserve, but you know what? These mortals have vouched for you. I’ll respect their wishes. I might not like you, hell I’ll say right here and now that I am not entirely convinced your turn is genuine. But I can work with you. Again, they’ve vouched for you, and I’m not one to believe this is one of your tricks. This is them showing you a mercy you don’t truly deserve.” He pokes the avian alien in the chest, stating clearly, “Don’t make them regret it. We clear?”
“...Crystal.”
“Good.” Hearts pulls his hand away… and makes a fist, his body moving like he’s gonna give a quick jab. Zelos flinches, taking a step back. But Hearts doesn’t actually hit the bird guy. With his other hand he taps Zelos on the shoulder with his fist, cheekily remarking, “Two for flinching.” He then walks back, whistling to himself. Zelos is quite bemused by that. Still, he makes no further comment, just dusting off the shoulder Hearts tapped.
