The progress of growing it isn't HARD, really, you just need a good amount of sugar-alcohol to make it grow. However, doing that without getting mold all over the place and safely containing it is another thing completely. This stuff grows like crazy if left unintended.
That and, despite being able to grow fast, it still needs time to grow. It's not instant without spending an excessive and wasteful amount of sugar-alcohol on one batch
SACA, luckily, was made for doing inane mind-numbing tasks with mechanical precision. You told it to mess around with the mold in in between your other tasks whenever it had time to do so. It lowers a bucket squirming with CIGARETTE MOLD down onto a table.
