“BEHOLD! The power of a prodigy!” It’s Qiao Ning and a bunch of priestesses along with her! There must be close to 100 of them. Everyone is moving their hands like they’re cleaning windows! “No foul spirit can match our clan’s strength!”
“I brought the help, Mr. Detective!” It’s the Kind Guard lady! Oh my god, she saved Vanessa’s ass!
“I’m safe!” Vanessa is in shock!
“May, Fiora, join us!” Qiao commands her troops to join her efforts.
“Y-Yes!” Fiora starts helping by doing the same motion!
“Right!” Marcela starts doing the same ridiculous looking motion. “We need to push the wall forwards!”
“Mr. Kobashi! Run towards the wall! It will repel the evil spirit!” Fiora pleads!
“…” You wish you could run.
“I need… I need more power…” Okiel tries to blast the wall down but he’s unable to. None of his beams are effective. The zombified guards start losing strength the more he tries until they collapse from the lack of energy.
“C’mon, we can take this!” Marcela shouts with a new found determination. They’re struggling to keep the wall. “C’MON! C’MON! COME OOOON!”
“SCREW THIS! It’s. All. YOUR. FAULT.” Okiel grabs you by the collar and drags you back up the stairs, away from the Clan’s defensive wall. “Pesky HUMAN.”
“KOBASHI! NO!” Vanessa tries to run after you.
