For one job in the past, it took almost 6 weeks for them to tell me I got it after the phone and IRL interview. In a different one, the department manager told me at the end of it he was just canceling the other applicants appointments and hired me on the spot; I was at that job the next Monday. I am also a liar, said I wouldn't work on another fanfic for a while but I got a long weekend and after USPSA, cleaning, meal prep, garden stuff, some Helldivers 2, and visiting a couple of people, I ran out of shit to do so I pounded another out because I am so fond of the characters you created and write. Also day drinking may have been involved. Should be edited by tonight
