The Moonlight Knight himself appears in his horsehide, who galloped valiantly as the most famous lancer in all of Midland graced you with his presence.
"Pardon me, Sir. Would this happen to be the remnants of the Santana Estate?" The knight skips introductions, assuming you knew who he was.
"Y-Yes?" You say, still taken aback by the rare sight of someone you only heard of in bedtime stories. To think you could have been trained by him, if he wasn't busy according to the old King.
"As predicted by the oracle... 'Tis a shame that noble families being wiped out is not an uncommon sight these days. To think Sir Gallahad would fall in a once peaceful home."
"Were you hired by the Santanas?"
"Negative, but I have met the knight that was trained here, on an expedition towards the land of The Occultist Swamp. The title of master is something I don't take lightly, and even then, my contractual works hardly last more than a season. Coming from there not too long ago, I just wonder what happened to Silver Eyed Merlina.
It seems the stoic lancer does not know who 'defeated' Merlina, or even know who you are. Still trying to get accustomed to a living legend staying in your presence, you attempt to strike a conversation:
>The Santana name is not dead yet, I am still here.
>Gallahad has told me about you before. It's a pleasure to meet you, Sir Moonlight Knight.
>Oracle? What Oracle?
>Anything in particular you wished to see here?
>Why didn't you stop Merlina, if she was such a menace?
>Write-in.
