What was an open war quickly turned to urban combat as many of the cultists realized that facing the Nulls in open battle resulted in their final deaths. As if the Evil Gods knew it, many of them were losing blessings that once gave them so much more power above their common mortal friends and family. Such a great price they paid only to have their bounties taken from them in an instant.
This meant hiding and staying, which meant systematic eradication. Such was the proficiency of the Ordo Reductor and their robots. What might have caused so many problems for unequiped armies was quickly driven to a science as the Tech Priests scanned each building with Auspex and Psi-Sensor systems.
These devices quickly identified those who were hiding, whether it was through sorcery or through mechanical means. These areas identified Robots and a Null were sent in to clear these rooms of their occupants.
At times it was considered useful the Ordo Reductor employed dangerous gas agents that were ignited to bring a sizzling end to those who thought themselves safe in number. Some others thought their walls would keep them safe which was disproven as jetpacked robots scaled the outside of their buildings to deliver precision plasma into their rooms.
With each Cultist dead the planet was slowly taken more and more back into reality. But as they crawled into the sewers, where it was determined many of the cults first lived, a Tech Priest looked at his Auspex confused.
“Update; Auspex interference occurring. Psi Sensors detect high levels of Psychic Energies estimated to be equal to the Catastrophe.” Declared the Xanite Priest as he scanned the area.
“Are you saying there are Warp Entities beyond these doors?”
“Yes, Lord Quintin.” Answered the Priest with what the Pariah could only describe as a shudder. To think that he would see one of his mentors shutter.
>Contain all areas and try to flood the sewers
>Send in the robots to such up the attacks
>The Nulls shall go in.
