The weather conditions around the Spanway are clearing, ever so slowly. The Sun isn't burning through this mist as effectively as it should. On the far side, hard in the distance, flickering shapes move.
Primi Veldspar, from the Sheepwoe Command Station, has a more commanding of the landscape. He reports no additional movement on the other side of the Spanway. Two Pathfinders report they've snuck out on an unauthorised fishing trip for river shinescale (Sorry sir, got snackish) and additionally report no mass movement on the far side of the Spanway. What they have down there is what they're bringing to bear.
If we wait much longer, they may mount significant reinforcements, or shift the disorganised units around. But the weather conditions would surely clear out further...
