The two Primarchs stood upon a rampart which glanced across the city that was below them. The place they found themselves, Araneus, was very close to a Hive World in terms of population and power. With the improvements the Imperial Fists administered upon the World TalOS knew that it will become a great and powerful Hive World that would be the center of this subsector.
It was a beautiful sight for the two of them to see, a world barely touched by the ravages of war.
Dorn was the one to break the silence, “Thank you for your assistance brother. While I did not agree with some of your methods at the time you have proven them in honor.”
“Such things could not be done without the Imperial Fists being who they are. I know for a fact that many of my sons would not willingly house refugees in their fortresses when counter bombardment started.” TalOS pointed out as he gave a small laugh, “I only made such things known to the people we were fighting.”
Dorn gave a small nod, “You are correct. I cannot guarantee that will always be the case, but there is no reason to risk the waste of human life.”
TalOS took in a drink of his B33R, the chemical tang filling his senses with a good taste of joy. His brother had a glass in his own hand, only taking a few sips out of it when he truly wanted to.
“Rogal, it was great to fight with you. I am saddened that I need to return to Lucius, as well as confirm the interests of the Mechanicum across the galaxy.” TalOS said as he pointed towards the stars, “I might have made myself active too soon, for many Priests are arguing that I should attend their Legions for further assistance. Some I think have some warrant.”
“I do not mind.” Rogal struck back immediately as he took a sip of his drink, “When I need you I will alert you.”
“I will try to answer when I can.” TalOS answered Dorn as he enjoyed the drink that was in his hands.
“I have read the archives you’ve given me and talked to your people.” Dorn said as he changed the subject, “I understood that the Cult Mechanicus only worships the Machine God, but on numerous occasions your people have noted there being Evils Gods in relation to the race known as the Plastoids. What do they mean by that?”
Rogal Dorn was no fool it seems. He not only reads, but seeks out the knowledge from other sources.
>It was a misunderstanding, a fluke
>Under vow, it cannot be said. Your war is here, leave that to Malcador and the Emperor
>Tell him what TalOS knows.
