TalOS and Kelbor closed the gap between them and were soon upon them. TalOS and Dorn looked at one another in a moment of measurement. TalOS did not feel like he was being read for weaknesses or the such like Russ had, instead TalOS felt a measuring eye like Horus where one tries to know what the person before them is like.
Such a moment did not last long between the two of them as the Primarch of the Imperial Fists walked forward, “I am Rogal of the House of Dorn. It is my honor to meet you, brother.”
TalOS extended his arm in the similar greeting, “I am Fabricator General TalOS DAV1S of Lucius. I share a similar honor, Rogal Dorn.”
The man’s face did not change but he did shake the hand of his brother. From that moment’s exchange TalOS could feel the regal fervor that likely carried itself through the being of Dorn. The Fabricator General would equal it to the Lords of Dutonis, which put forward the idea in TalOS’s head that Dorn was in fact a lord of his realm. If records showed themselves well, he was the Emperor of Inwit.
“Rogal Dorn.” The mechanical voice of Kelbor Hal came out as the two brothers broke off from one another, “I hereby inform you that TalOS DAV1S will be joining the War Council as my representative.”
The Primarch before TalOS gave a small bow of reverence as those words were spoken, “I thank you for coming to an agreement Kelbor. TalOS, I look forward to working with you on the Council.”
“I must agree with you again.” TalOS teased as he gave a hearty laugh much unlike most Priests of the Mechanicum.
“We must discuss to what capacity that TalOS shall represent the Mechanicum.” Kelbor Hal pushed forward, “As well as a way for him to balance his responsibilities. He is a Fabricator General first and foremost.”
With those words they began to discuss what shall be given and taken. The hammering out that unlike the other Members, TalOS will not be expected to lead whatever armies he is to represent. Such things needed to be hashed out lest his fellow brothers badger on him for the lapse in combat. And TalOS knew that if there were any other Primarchs like Fulgrim they will surely come.
