I have a question of my own though: How do you guys feel about rolling for social graces? I've been leaving that up to roleplay and saving actual rolls for more direct challenges/skills, but I'm curious if that's what you guys are into. My personal inclination is to not roll for charisma/talk-no-jutsu because that seems like it should have more to do with what you guys actually do, and on a mechanical level I didn't want there to be a roleplay tax stat or an easy obvious roll that is designed to just solve shit optimally every time.

He just doesn't want to admit it as much as she seems to revel in it.One of the core things I try and keep in mind for the characters: How does this person square with the fact that they're a child soldier, and more specifically, the fact that they're expected to kill people? They're on a bit of a spectrum from totally committed to totally naive. Most of them have pretty complicated takes on it.
As a game, I'll give you some thoughts on killing and you can match who you think it is.
