The other side is not what you expected from a bathhouse. There is a large chasm that was at one point in time probably used for its intended purpose of a makeshift spring for outdoor bathing. Now, it is empty and devoid of water apart from the rain that is attempting to refill it. The careful gardening and sculpting has been disregarded completely. Without careful maintenance, the vegetation has either died or grown wild. Lastly, there are tents, clothing lines, and a makeshift communal house. To put it all together, it seems that this place was at one time a bathhouse, but now it looks more like a ronin camp. There are lights and noises coming from the central structure. You thank the rain that probably drove this camps residence there to hide, giving you free reign of the grounds.
crouching among the over grown weeds, It doesn't take you long to find what you came here for. Yuki and two other men sit side by side against a wall, all are tied gagged, and blindfolded. They are guarded by one man with a spear, or a women rather. You are loathe to attack a women, especially because of recent accusations, but are given little choice. Jumping from your hiding place, you cover the women's mouth with one hand and wrap your arm around her neck with the other. You are no monk, and hand to hand combat is not your expertise, but a swordsman is still a martial artist so you have learned a thing or two in your time. This hold will knock the women out, but not kill her. The women on the other side of the grapple does not find your use of nonlethal force the least bit honourable, and fights you with the rage and movement of a firecracker! She flails, kicks, and tosses herself with more ferocity then any man you have recently remembered handling. Like a wet seal, she almost slips from your hold, as her legs hammer your knees. You are forced to bring the women to the ground and hold tight! Despite her heroic effort, the hold soon takes effect and she is knocked unconscious. You quickly flip her over to see the face of this ferocious fighter, only to find the visage of a young girl. Once again, you have to thank the rain for keeping you concealed.
Investigating the two men with Yuki, you immediately recognize them as soldiers. Stripped of their armour and weapons, the two men must be humiliated sitting tied up in the rain. Yuki, looks much like himself, although someone has had much more fun tying the lad up compared to the soldiers. The rope work that blinds him looks more artistic then practical. He is close enough to have heard the tussle through the rain, but cannot act on it. The boy is at your mercy.
