The large statues, humanoid figures with heads encased in some strange helmets, now glow with a once absent spectral light- just like the light of the traps of the previous room. It becomes clear- when people <span class="mu-i">crossed the tripwires</span> they activated these guardians...
The light issuing from the helmet of the stone guardians pierces the gloom of the splendid hall- bouncing from the walls and off your weapons and armor. It twinkles as the stars in the night sky- piercing through illusion. The Gnomes <span class="mu-i"><span class="mu-s">cannot hide</span></span> from this piercing light!
<span class="mu-s">New Combat Rules</span>
Creatures with the <span class="mu-s">Tough</span> take a second hit to bring down. Creatures with <span class="mu-i">Bypass</span> ignore protective gear, such as Helmets, Shields, or Talismans.
New action- <span class="mu-s">Weaken</span>. This is a Magic Roll. You attempt to <span class="mu-i">curse</span> the opponent with weakness- reducing their <span class="mu-i">Armor</span> to the Magic Roll result if it is lower.
New action- <span class="mu-s">Breathe</span>. Regain your action. This advances the turn timer by one.
