If you rolled 11-30, there'd be an increased Imperial presence making dice rolls more difficult, the lower the more stationed overhead.
If you rolled 71-80, you'd encounter someone selling personal items and baubles of slain Jedi who died in the Outer Rim.
If you rolled 81-95, you'd encounter someone telling stories about the Saphire Star Corsairs.
If you rolled 96-97, you'd encounter An'ya Kuro/Dark Woman making a pitstop on her way to Cophrigin V for her exile.
