>ACTION: Soothe Dino girl. Her crying is throwing off your thinking.
Helen sighs- a bit too melodramatically. Waiting for whoever is trapped inside Freddy Fazbear’s ancestor to grow up will take too long and she has to think straight like /now/.
…Helen touches her eyes. Nah come ON, she’s crying too! It’s contagious!
Unlike Petra, the massive reptile from the paleozoic era won’t notice if she hugs her from behind, and since kicking it isn’t helping either all Helen can think of is to whistle- and not even that works for some reason.
Dinosaur: *sob* *sob* *SOB*
Helen walks away. She leaves the screen.
Then comes back running like a frightened cat and slams her whole little body into it with a shoulder tackle.
Dinosaur: *so-AAAAA!
Finally flinching, it turns around- startling Helen; a dinosaur is looking down at her.
Dinosaur: W-what?
The dinosaur can only look as Helen runs away again. But then Helen comes back, yet again, scared shitless- because it’s not real. The dinosaur is not real!
Dinosaur: H-hey… are you okay?
Helen nods, her watery eyes sparkling. She takes out her notepad a bit slower than usual and draws with careful, measured lines as the monster sizes her up with those big fangs. What Helen gives it is a picture of her hugging the dinosaur, something she can only do in fantasy.
Dinosaur: OH! That’s you! *sob* that’s soo- thank you?! A-and- oh? Oh?! It says something! Let’s read what it says!
>Promise as a Coordinator, she will be your first client pro bono.
Dinosaur: ‘If you stop crying I’ll let you be my first client for free’ signed ‘Helena the Coordinator’.
The dinosaur laughs, and the laugh echoes from its inside- and it’s scary!
Dinosaur: But I’m not crying anymore!

There are too many reasons for which this dinosaur could be sad right now, especially because it’s a dinosaur and the world is ending- it’s living it all over again. Helen wonders if she’d be sad if she was a dinosaur, and gets to consider that there would be some noticeable benefits to being a gigantic reptile- especially back at the orphanage. But, none of that is helping her understand why it's sad.

Dinosaur: Wait! It’s you! The new Coordinator A-chan told us about. The eight-year-old girl!
To Helen’s absolute horror, the dinosaur rips its own head off.
▲ Ironmouse: Hello lovely! Welcome to the North!
Helen has been traumatized for life.
