My advice? Just drink plenty of water, go to the theatre, read some poetry, try to expand your horizons, maybe have an affair, maybe get *smashingly* drunk, and if you find yourself wallowing in existential malaise, questioning what parts of you you no longer recall, just, err, go for a walk and have a snack or some such. I'm partial to Vanadian coffee myself but I hear good stuff about Uthani goat chesse with a spot of field berry?</span></span>
