The chance to restore 1 level of health to a Companion could be huge, but doesn't come up super often and when it does we've usually got a lot of chaff on hand to tank with.
I think the Lawgiver is the most versatile and will come up when we most seriously need extra rolls, trials. Trial by combat for our own life or that of a companion, a trial of law where monsters need to be stopped. These are critical moments where we'll need more help

Doing what little he can and providing what aid she requests, applying salves and ointments, bandages and cleaning the filth from wounds and in doing so cleaning his soul in preparation for the Long Walk.Emile has spent a great deal of time lately focusing on the Cain aligned faction of the faith. Perhaps, before the Long Walk, he could spend some time humbling himself and giving back more directly under the guidance of Sister Ignatius and get more in touch with the Adam side of things, finding balance.
