Alex begins typing again, watching the word box slowly fill out. Lucius Roland Alexander Montmorency. He's surprised he was able to type in the full name, since half the time he reaches the letter limit before he can get to Montmorency. Username? You think for a moment and enter 'Jagjaw'. "What the heck is a jagjaw?" Cassie asks with a snicker. Alex shrugs in reply. "Dunno, sounded cool I guess." Cassie gives Alex a weird look, not that he can see it with the headset covering his eyes. "That's kinda lame, Zakustroyer would've been cooler. Cuz, ya know, you'll be in a GM. GMs destroy Zakus. It's the natural order of things."
"Maybe, too late now though." Alex says as he watches the game's poster AI girl, Mellow, materialize in front of him and greet him with a lively hello. "Hi there! I'm Mellow! And you must be.. Ah, Lucius Roland Alexander Montmorency! Gosh, now that's a name!" the light brown haired girl giggles after saying your name. "A-alex is fine." you say, somewhat caught off guard by how... realistic Mellow is. "Are you blushing?" Cassie says as she pokes Alex. "No", he lies as he watches mellow give her a tour of the central hub and all its features.
"Over there to the left is the PvP arena where you can hone your skills against AI opponents, or test your mettle against other builders! You can challenge someone to a one on one fight, or team battles with up to five other players!To the right there is the Missions HQ, where you can challenge yourself with all sorts of missions with different win/lose conditions. Each mission rewards you with points to upgrade your gunpla's performance, or if you're lucky, even parts you can use to modify your gunpla! Isn't that amazing?!" Mellow says excitedly, looking at you with glimmering eyes. "Uh.. yes?" Alex responds. Mellow squeals in approval of Alex's agreement.
"Anyway, that portal will take you to the Main World, where you can roam varying sorts of zones from deserts to forests to cities with your gunpla. There are also random events that randomly begin around the Main World. You can ignore them, or participate for EXP and Sprues! Oh, Sprues are our currency, and they can be used to buy gunpla parts, avatar items, power ups, or Force estates! Oh! Speaking of, over there is the Force Hall where you can join or create your own Force, and access your Force's estate!" Mellow points as she continues the relentless info dump. "Force, huh? So it's like a guild.. alright." "Yep, exactly! Forces are absolutely optional, but they're nothing but beneficial. Not only will you have friends to play with, but you'll have access to Force exclusive bonuses and the ocassional Force-only events. You might miss out if you don't join one!"
