Pic rel was my first practice drawing, which was rightfully shitty. This was a year-and-a-half ago.
I'm still not where I'm at, but, like all the other anons said, quick results aren't just going to happen-- takes a good, long while of work and toil to get somewhere, just like anything worth while.
However, the more you practice, the more improvements you will notice as you continue pressing forwards.
I like these books a lot, if you're looking for somewhere to get started:
https://anatomiaartistica.files.wordpress.com/2014/09/michael-hampton-figure-drawing-design-and-invention-1.pdfhttps://ia800801.us.archive.org/24/items/DrawingComicsTheMarvelWay/Drawing%20Comics%20the%20Marvel%20Way.pdfThey're pretty beginner-friendly but might also pose a slight learning curve if you're simply starting from ground zero...Of course, google also is your friend, so there's also that as well.
Anyhow, good luck, anon! GO-- AND MAKE SOME SICK GAINS!!!
