“Take your time, there's no rush.” he replies with a chuckle. “I'll be here, once you're done.”
While his phrasing is a bit odd, you don't think too much on it, taking your daughter while Ubo holds the mystical orb and the three of you exit his home. With a moment's focus on your ki sense you orient yourself on the nearest village, you and Ubo lifting off the ground and flying towards the village.
“You really think this will work?” Ubo asks you, still looking down at the orb in his hands. “These....Balls can restore my world?”
“No, but that dragon probably can.” you tell him, then fill him in on what you'd seen before after waking up after the battle. “And I promise, if it doesn't work, Divine Dragon Force and I will do it ourselves.”
“Are you sure about that? Destroying a planet may be easy, but creating one takes a lot more power.” Okira's Imagine Dragon says, slithering out from between her lips to address you. “There is a reason creating worlds is the duty of the Kais.”
“Like that weaselly bastard Supreme Kai of Time is even worth his title.” you reply, wondering how that old man that appeared from Kars's sword here on Namek is doing and if he's straightened Shin out yet. “He can't even enforce his own treaties, much less do his job. How long was that bastard Babidi avoiding him?”
“Babidi? Wasn't he the bad guy who summoned Ginyu's new body?” Okira asks, you nodding to her. “Oh, there it is!”
You follow where your daughter points to a collection of rounded buildings, you and Ubo dropping down to the planet's surface. You both land in the village center, a familiar-looking Namekian addressing you.
“General Karn, what a surprise. What are you-?” he asks, then sees Ubo holding the Grand Elder's Dragon Ball. “Ah, I see. So, what are you seeking?”
“I need to fix a couple of planets.” you tell him, the quickly-gathering crowd gasping. “I accidentally destroyed a planet, and need to restore it.”
“That is unfortunate. Were there people on this world?” he asks, you shaking your head. To which he sighs out, but you and Ubo share a glance at this reaction.
“Why is that a relief?” Ubo asks him, the elder's expression growing a bit more serious.
“While Porunga can grant three wishes, some things are still beyond even its power.” the man says. “And it can only revive one living being back to life per wish.”
