The creature, an unusual being with wide eyes, no visible mouth or ears, and a long nose, stares at you passively. Before you even wait for it to register you as its next meal- you ready your suit and eject a small amount of your suit's gas from your sleeve along with a pilot light to create a makeshift flamethrower weapon- fwoosh!
From the blast of the flame the creature is... totally unharmed. Not even singed. Strangely enough, you think this thing is heavily <span class="mu-i">fire retardant</span>, despite being a plant. Well, that was useless. Now you only have twenty one days worth of life support left after that stunt...
But at least it's not attacking you! In fact, it's almost like its watching you expectantly- like its imprinting on you somehow.
