>>5724968>>What would've happened if we turned bandit? Would we have still run into the Sreng, or would the direction of the thread have changed? You'd still run into Sreng, though there would have been a short event regarding the banditry that would later play into your reputation.
>What's with the lack of animals in the region? Did the Sreng hunt them all, or was it something else?Sreng hunted them all. They'd been on a joyride in Faerghus for ages by the time you showed up.
>What would've happened if we sent the other people as hostages? Mina, Elizabeth, and Ingrid? Additionally, would we have been able to use Sebastian in that case, or would he still be too injured to fight? They'd all be fine. Named characters were always acceptable as hostages, and since they'd be under Leif's protection (like Ronan was under yours), no one would do anything stupid. Sebastian was too injured to fight, though from an OOC perspective, it's mostly because he's completely broken gameplay wise and would have likely been a free win lol.
>I know we're going to see Cormac's stats next thread, but what would've happened during the duel? If we won, would Leif really have just gone home? And if we lost, would Cormac just kill us?Losing the trials as well as seeing his Champion be defeated would have crushed his morale and he'd have left. If you lost the duel, you'd likely be taken prisoner and been forced to accompany Sreng to Garreg Mach.
>Who was the fifth champion of the Sreng? Can we see their stats for a theoretical fifth round, or is that spoilers? You'll see him soon enough as well. His whole idea was that he was a Swordmaster that wanted to surpass Cormac and become the "First Blade". He'd have caught on to what Maeve was doing and threatened her that if she interfered in his duel, he'd kill her himself. This would have been public, and would have tipped you off that it would be a straight fight, with no cheating likely to occur.
>What would've failure during the initial Sreng ambush have caused? Would Diana be dead? What would've happened if we decided to hit Cormac with magic instead?
Not dead, but severely injured. Blasting Cormac with magic wouldn't have done much, but it would have revealed something about the way he fought, which could help you in a theoretical duel with him.
>What would've happened if we decided not to participate in the Trials? Would it just be a defend/escape mission?Yep. An extremely one-sided one that would likely result in many deaths and the end of the Blackwings as you knew them.
