But before he can utter the name a loud ping rings through the tent, from the comms console just behind him. A priority transmission. The first in a while. Fabian looks surprised, then presses a button on the holotable, and the hologram of an alien figure appears for all to see.
“This is Jedi General Plo Koon to all forces loyal to the Republic. I am-
The transmission is suddenly paused.
“Everyone out. Shade, Fisher, and Sulla, stay here. Shade, patch me through to Yegor, now.”
The men are quick to obey, yourself and Fisher standing in place while Shade moves around one of the terminals. Soon enough, the glowing blue figure of Yegor also appears standing next to you. Fabian glances at him.
“You receiving it?”
Yegor nods. “Yes sir.”
“Alright. We’ll watch it together.”
He presses a button on the holotable, and the transmission continues.
