Well, now that Evan's got that Lotad... she needs to handle the other one somehow.
She moves 5 Right, struggling through the spikes and water tiles as she enters them, then pulls herself up (or rather, 1 Down) right next to the Accelgor. Her best shot to get there in time, seeing basically no other options, is to get lucky and dodge, then make a run for Lotad.
