This Rumia, this maneating Youkai, she probably has eaten more than one Human herself in the past. She tried real hard to get to you so she could murder you and devour your corpse. She'll likely try it again with any other Outsiders that ever find their way here to Gensokyo again after you in the future!

The extermination of this Youkai would probably be viewed as a net gain by... well, everyone? You wanted to assume everyone. You mean, you're an Outsider, and don't want to be eaten, at least not in that way. You were <span class="mu-i">really</span> leaning towards the whole extermination thing, to be frank.
