The nosy group explains the situation to the mummy and her father, then you leave the floor to Jaylene as everyone silently judges her every action…
“I-I’m sorry for everything I have done… For what I made you go through… I was too blind to see the hurt I caused, and I will never do it again.” Jaylene bows. “I’M SORRY!”
“It’s a-alright! Um, I’m sorry too… I almost did something I’d regret forever too...” Constance feels guilt.
“Huh?” Jaylene is confused now.
“Um, I… almost took your life too…” Constance sounds very apologetic.
“You ---what?!” Jaylene had no idea.
“What?!” The Calamity girls shout in unison.
“What the hell?!” Odetta is in shock.
“Oh yeah, Constance was pissed after you guys tried to kill me, so she grabbed both of your flames and mushed them together.” You remember fondly. Good times. “Had to stop her.”
“<span class="mu-i">Oooh</span>.” The Room gets it now and nobody blames Constance. It’s all self-defense! Jaylene and Oliver were 100% in the wrong.
“You saved me…” Jaylene can’t believe it! The only reason she and Oliver are alive is because you’re an idiot, err, merciful! A merciful idiot!
“Hmm, powerful girl…” Odetta kinda respects Constance for the hustle, and you for being level-headed.
“...” Constance is ashamed of her past actions… But nobody is blaming her for anything.
“Please, if there’s anything I can do to repent. I’ll accept any punishment…” Jaylene is ready to go back to jail. Again.
“I don’t want to punish you… Just be nice to other people and I’ll be happy!” Constance only wants a better world. “Uhm, and your sister will be lonely without you, no?”
“Today is a day where families reunite, who are we to take that away from you?” Solomon adds. He most likely told his daughter the details of the ghosts’ reunion.
“But…” Jaylene doesn’t want to leave scot-free.
“Dear, instead of carrying this guilt, why don’t you help this old man with a thing or two? It won’t be dangerous, I promise.” Solomon smirks. “It’s all for my daughter.”
“S-Sure! Ask me for anything!” Jaylene likes having a way to retribution!
“Good girl.” Solomon is content! Odetta sighs in relief. The Calamity girls smile together.
“J-Johnny! Can I show you the thing now? Or would you like to do it later? We can do it in the Bridge between Worlds if you’re busy!” Constance asks for your attention.
