If you'd like i can start up a new quest in a few days. Im trying to get us to a legit stopping point, and have more diversions and side quests in mind veyond the current generrtor retrieval main quest. Still, ill keep going with this thread until the end]
>you were pretty sick and it was just blazing hot, so we started looking to cool off and marcie mentioned the drain. We checked it out, dropping rocks for depth, and shouting into it, but it wasn't too deep, and nothing was making noise, so we figured it might be worth looking into it. The drain under the warehouse was pretty narrow, wr had to crqwl to get through, but it opened to a pretty big junction. We could walk around in that part, and the small sub tunnel leading here was draining too high up for any of those things to crawl in after us. Ive ween them crawl over things and bumble around, but i dont think they're strong enough or coordinated enough to pull themselves up into a pipe like that. Anyway, we mapped it out, and marked off the walls to keep track of everything, and once we got oriented down there we found our way to all the other warehouses. On top of everything else, the other pipes were all pretyy high up too, so unless we got followed back, they couldn't chase us from the main junction to any of the other warehouses. >anyhow, so the other places were metal fab shops, like that bend signs and a glass fab shop for, it looked like windows or picture frame glass, im not aure because the sizes were all different, but there weren't any frames, so it was some sort of custom work. There was a wire respool warehouse, where they took different sizes of wire from big spools like the kind as big as cars, and respool them into smaller sizes for some retail thing. The last one we found was a gunworks, it had been manufacturing some big stuff, but mostly it was custom engeaving and rifle builds and so on. The guns were mostly gone, except for what we found, obviously. These rifles are so heqvy and such low cqpacity that if we didn't have the truck to haul it in, i don't think it would be worth moving the stuff. The bullets are functional, but they are really heavy. You can carry like 3 rounds of 223 for the same weight as a round of this mauser stuff.Whoever had cleaned the place ouy was nice enough to leave the safe closed but unlocked. They even wrote across the door and tied a string like a freshness seal. We still were cautious avout opening the door. The merchant was warning us to be careful of booby traps and alarms. Like what kind of alarm could even function anymore, but you know how he is. Anyway, after we cleared the building and sealed the doors, he tied a rope to the safe door to open it from far back down the hallway, and only after he checked the air vents for traps
