>>5357274>>5357300>>5357311>>5357381>They are trespassing in your domain! Demand your toll, of information or... whatever you may please, from them.Yes, this is more to your liking! Fighting other sea monsters and predating on fellow ocean dwellers? You will if you have to, such as to establish dominance. But harassing land dwellers is what you were born for, literally!
It's been too long since a good plundering, of humans no less. You find yourself getting giddy just thinking about it! Easy to find yourself subconsciously adopting old habits as you begin your approach to the vessel then, swimming in such a way as to appear ominous to your prey.
<span class="mu-s">"Olt! Ke valla tas!"</span>
<span class="mu-s">"Kej bennel tre!"</span>
You can even hear them once they start to notice you, bringing a fanged grin to your face that you can't shake off.
<span class="mu-b"><span class="mu-i">Yeeesss... just the way it should be, the humans fearful of the sea monster!</span></span>
Swimming around and ahead then, you turn you path back to the ship as it approaches. Try though they might to steer away from you, your agility in the water (even towing the Atlantean statue behind) is beyond compare for their wooden vessel. Finally in a great effort you collide with the keel, exerting enough strength to bring the boat to a stop, but not so much strength that you just break it apart.
<span class="mu-b">"Wh-Whoah! C-Careful now Tana..."</span>
With your prey dead in the water, so to speak, you are now poised to board! Of course you could accost the humans from the water, but it's not as frightening for them.
It's been too long though since you climbed aboard a ship... or perhaps you've gained too much weight, because the entire vessel nearly capsizes in your attempt to climb up. Like a delicate balancing act you wobble and try to get up without toppling the whole thing over.
It's not made any easier by the crew attacking your hands and arms as you hold a grip, either.
<span class="mu-b">"Argh! Stop that!"</span>
<span class="mu-s">"Bellec tre sen!"</span>
<span class="mu-s">"Ka savor taneset breds ka!"</span>
Of course it barely even hurts, your skin is tough enough, but it's certainly annoying. Especially with a hard enough time trying to also hold onto your statue. The bigger problem though that you soon come to realize is... you can't understand a word they're saying. If you had to guess... if you really had been imprisoned for a thousand years or more, then perhaps surface languages have advanced and changed, same as culture and such?
>What do you do?
