It has became clear to me that players are unable to consistently follow the "base unit" rule. Which must mean its stupid and redundant, therefor im deleting it.
On the Hasdurn question, because of the "nuke this, wait... nuke that. talking out? dont. attack! talk it out. wait, attack that!" situation, I find it best that we stick with that, there was no Hasdurn nuke fired this turn.
