But what you <span class="mu-i">can</span> do is tilt your head like so and smile like this and add a flair like <span class="mu-s">so</span> and you can use Manipulate for much the same purpose. Attune + Manipulate is enough to talk most elements into helping out with simple, short tasks. Without Authority, they don't stick around though. I don't have the knack for it myself. Takes a certain sort of mind.
If you've got it though, you could use my Manipulate and your Attune. We're next to a bunch of water, so you could try to twist an elements worth of that around your fingers. Water is pretty playful, so that's easy.
