+Food, without it the people of Terra will falter from the onslaught of my brother.+ The Omnissiah spoke with firm affirmation, +We are not only fighting a war in the physical sense. We also fight my brother on the metaphysical front where ideas carry weight. When Horus comes the Imperial Palace will be filled to the brim with not only refugees of the Mechanicus but those of Terra itself. We cannot let sedition take their ranks.+
+So we will bribe their citizens with food in their stomachs.+ Kelbor answered as he gave a nod, +This way we will avoid the great upheavals of military forces as well as citizens revolting against the Emperor upon Horus’s arrival.+
+It also gives my brother a way to solidify his stratagem of defense.+ The Omnissiah declared simply to the understanding of Kelbor.
+I shall make sure that our forces follow these orders. As is standard we will give other matters consideration for we have plenty of munitions to create.+
+There are Astartes, Skitarii, Knights, and Titans who all need munitions.+ The Omnissiah agreed.
Kelbor looked upon the Omnissiah for a moment in study and wonder. He realized that he was having what was a relatively simple conversation with the divine being of the Cult Mechanicus. A being who was a myth simply talking to him.
Considering this he wondered if there will ever be a chance to do this again. Then he wondered that there was really nothing else to consider when ti came to such a fact. He was to be a machine within the Cog which shall defend Terra. In doing so he shall ensure that the Cult Mechanicus remains as according to the survivor’s will. Placing his bets on such survival on not only his divine but another Primarch was doing well to hedge these bets.
He only needed to do what he has done for most of his life. Organize the massive mechanism of the Mechanicus for the purpose of war.
If he was a Princep or Knight then maybe he would see this as a great honor. As a Tech Priest though he did not have such vain glories.
+It shall all be done upon for I am the Fabricator General.+ Declared Kelbor Hal as he decided that he shall live up to his namesake. The ultimate duty of his station to fulfill the divine duty of production.
