There was no holding back the Machine Spirit of a Dreadnought, and Voch wished for vindication, thus the claw that was coming towards TalOS was at full speed and without mercy. He could taste the anticipation in the air as everyone wondered if a Primarch was really strong enough to fight against the death machines of the Mechanicum.
As TalOS swiftly batted away his son’s claw it was obvious that there was no going easy upon their Primarch.
The battle which had begun with the Dreadnaught swinging quickly changed as the realization of TalOS’s strength was whetted upon the tongues of his sons. Their Primarch was strong. That while he kept the form of a man he was indeed a Machine.
TalOS’s strikes dug deep into the armor of the Dreadnaught. The Venerable one likely caught off guard by the sheer tenacity of his father. Like an nimble assassin TalOS began moving in and through the limbs of Voch with calculated movements and with ease.
This lasted for ten strikes, some of them getting through the armor of the dreadnaught and others simply glazing the hard metal shell which encased the dead within.
TalOS knew the surprise that was casted upon Voch was quickly cast off as the Dreadnaught’s gun began to move in a seemingly erratic manner. He stopped midway and took a step back as three rounds from the Avenger Gatling Cannon dug deeply into the ground between the two of them.
The Dreadnaught was unleashed, and so was TalOS as his muscles began to bulge. Skin, which was previously a darkened beige, started to darken to a grey as metal rose to the surface.
With a lunge TalOS sent himself forward away from the Bolter and trying to strike a deep gouge into the Dreadnaught’s lower torso. The Primarch watched as the Dreadnaught brought down his arm and successfully intercepted the blow by allowing the poweraxe to dig into the gauntlet.
TalOS felt a second go by as the gun upon the Dreadnaught twisted towards him. His next second was filled with the ground as the Primarch released his grip upon the Omnissian Axe and ducking under the limb to strike at the pits of the shoulder gears. Sparks flew as the Primarch got in a debilitating strike.
He watched rapidly as the the Dreadnaught twisted in an unnatural manner that would have flung so many others away. He felt the gunbarrel of the Dreadnaught slam into TalOS and sent him flying roughly ten units away from his opponent.
