As a #3, (even though it's likely in the pastebin already or I could study the maps/turns a little more closely to find the answer,) can we get a final say from you on roll reduction due to changing our actions? Is their a mulligan or instantly a -1 per update? And do properly spoiled gold purchases, territory trading and secret agreements incur the -1 if not added to the initial post?
